Trisha & Carolyn, Thanks so much for nominating me for the Seven Things About Me Award! I’m excited, honored and humbled. I have so enjoyed following your blog and hearing about your efforts to take the time out of your busy lives to just breathe either through meditation or cooking! I’m also a fan of Wayne Dyer, and Deepak Chopra. It’s 1:30AM here on the east coast so I’m going to get some sleep now but I will thank you officially via a post tomorrow, share 7 things about myself and nominate other blogs that so deserve this award. Again, thank you both so much!

You are so welcome Pat. Like I said in my list of things about me I Love To Read so a blog about books and reading is right up my alley and yours is so reflective and informative. It really speaks to who you are, it’s not just about “books”!

There is no better compliment I could receive, Trisha, because you “got it” that I don’t just write about books but how they make us come alive in a deeply intimate and often spiritual way. Pat
